#SpaceNews: Solar Eclipse Will Cross the US for the First Time in 99 Years

An extremely rare solar event will appear in the sky this summer. On August 21st, a total solar eclipse will cross the entire country from Oregon to South Carolina. Other parts of the country will see a partial eclipse. The last time this occurred was 99 years ago on June 8, 1918.
 Signs in the Heavens can be signals of prophetic events. In Joel 2:30-31 reads, “I will display wonders in the sky and on the earth, Blood, fire and columns of smoke. The sun will be turned into darkness And the moon into blood. Before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes.” Is this particular astronomical sign foretelling of a nation-wide event in the United States? There is turmoil inside and outside the country.  There is also the promise of the outpouring of God’s Spirit. Time will only tell what event or events this heavenly sign foretells.
